Some days I can barely walk with stiff legs, I wonder if this is normal, I read about professional athletes who are born with clubfoot, and I wonder how you can make n all that with my feet, my tendons frightens me, you push back and feet are a new club, is this possible? It makes me so upset, there are any exercises I should do?
