I am a citizen of the United States to Canada in June and at a small school in Victoria this fall. I need a private loan of U.S. $ 22,000 per year for 2 years I have left. I have not paid for federal loans and private loans, many, because it is a small school in Canada. I understand that low interest rates and the nature of things.
